Secretary’s Report: Linda Pasicznyk- Approval of November minutes.
Treasurers Report: Mary Munger – Approval of treasurer’s report. Discussion on time frame for renewal of WSCA. Linda has not received the renewal notice, Tami Bagley will check on the WSCA website for the form.
Membership Report: no report
Presidents Report: Chuck Rickart –
· Convention update - Christine Rickart and Bob Gordon- Attendance was small at the 2010 convention. AHA is showing a 12% decrease in memberships, the audit was presented in a way that was understandable. Next year convention will be in Vancouver British Columbia. Discussion on US Nationals 2010 in Tulsa had 14 work areas, a revised center ring and various improvements/changes. The contract for Tulsa is through 2012. 2011 one day show was a hot topic for discussion. Reduced show cost, elimination of the rated A or B classifications, will qualify for regionals and nationals. For information on the status of specific resolution your interested in contact Christine Rickart or Bob Gordon.

Committee Reports:
Newsletter – Laura Nielson – February time frame for the newsletter. Miscellaneous invoices for copies, mailing/postage for the November newsletter totaled appx 300.00. This cost is not a quarterly expense.
Dressage: Discussion under Dog Days show
High Point – Linda Pasicznyk / Leann Peuse – Don’t wait get your reservations in for the Banquet.
· Banquet location will be Gulden’s on January 29, 2011. Please RSVP to Leann@polywater.com or call any high point committee member. In the spirit of this new this year Michelle Wiberg asks if everyone would bring a non perishable food item for local food shelves to the banquet.
· The traveling high point trophies need to be returned. Linda Pasicznyk contacted Stephanie Miller tentative arrangements have been made with her Dad as she is out of the state. Deadline of Jan 19 for receiving the trophy.
Royalty – Tami Bagley – Has received royalty entries. Deadline is Jan 2, 2011.
Shows and Rides: GAGT – Rachel Spry proposed changing the GAGT to a one day show back to back. By doing this, show expenses would be drastically reduced, no EMT needed etc. However, the sweepstakes incentive would be eliminated as well as the recognition of GAGT has built. Much discussion followed with ideas of adding TBA classes, adding academy classes and keeping the GAGT as is. Rachael was thanked for her time and research of this issue. Motion keep the GAGT as is - Bob Gordon 2nd Christine Rickart. Bob Gordon will check on details of adding academy classes.
Dog Days: Chuck Rickart reported on behalf of Barb Knoth. An outline for a one day show August 13 consists of 18 classes. It will be a school show with the possibility of a clinic the next day. Question about WC fairgrounds, have they been contacted yet? Juanita volunteered to reach Doris and have her email info to Barb Knoth and copy to Chuck Rickart
2011 Schooling Shows – Spring Schooling Show –
The judge is Roy Johnson. Lumping together the WSCA classes and Tri State due to the clothing regulations. Members look at the class list and bring your suggestions. Review of the class list at the next meeting.
Fall Schooling Show – September 10, 2011 -Tami Bagley – Tami Bagley rearranged the class list to accommodate clothing changes. This class list may also be good for the Spring Show. Our spring show will be the first ArabianUnplugged Show in 2011.
