Secretary’s Report:  Linda Pasicznyk-   June Minutes-

Treasurers Report:  Mary Munger –  There will be a small profit from the GAGT.  No NSF checks to report. The show secretary has sent out any outstanding bills to exhibitors.

Membership Report:  Mary Florke –  Number of members remains the same.  Mary will send list to Tami Bagley to put into an excel spread sheet.

Presidents Report:    Chuck Rickart -No report

Vice Presidents Report: Jeff Rutz-  Discussion on the newsletter going quarterly.  Tenative schedule would be Feb/Mar, Jun/Jul, Aug/Sept (highpoint info) Nov/Dec Ballots and Royalty.  Jeff will contact a local print shop he knows of for costs.  The number of hard copies approximately 15-20. Gail suggested a newsletter committee be formed.  It will consist of Leann Peuse, Linda Pasicznyk, Laura Nielson, Gail Brown and Cathy Johnson.

Shows and Rides: GAGT – In moving forward for 2011 GAGT Gary, Chuck and Jeff will followup with Rachel Spry on a check list for what members do what jobs so the show manager knows.  

Dog Days:  August 14 - Jeff has the trailer. In need of volunteers for ring set up, bit check, scribes, ring take down, announcer and a runner.  Mary Munger can help on one day.  Mary Florke has some possible volunteers.

Promotions:  Mary and Gary Florke –The Renaissance Fair  August 27 and 28 are the days for our club demos.

2010 Schooling Shows –   Fall Schooling Show, Sept 11 – Cathy Johnson and Tami Bagley are working on the details.  Currently Tami Bagley and Laura Nielson will be in the show office. More help is needed. Leann will be the ringmaster.
