Secretary’s Report:  Linda Pasicznyk-   Minutes Approved

Treasurers Report:  Mary Munger –  The  spring schooling/wsca  show made a profit

Membership Report:  Mary Florke – Member count is currently at 82,  Club needs 18 more members to gain another delegate.  Associate members are excluded.

Presidents Report:    Chuck Rickart – No report.   Some members may not have heard Gary Berhow’s daughter passed away.  MHAHA will send a memorial to Gary.  Thoughts and prayers are with him  and his family.

Vice Presidents Report: Jeff Rutz-  Restructuring the website is very costly.  At this point we will work with what we have. Jan is doing a fine job. Newsletter is getting on track. 

Committee Reports:

 Dressage:  Barb Watson-  Absent

Jan Halter will have the dressage ring done for GAGT.  Will have one set of letters.

High Point – Linda Pasicznyk – Nothing to report.

Royalty – Tami Bagley –  More discussion on the royalty positions once the guidelines are drafted .

Shows and Rides: GAGT – Rachel Spry – Absent no report. 

Dog Days:  No report from Ann.   Judge has been secured.

Promotions:  Mary and Gary Florke – As of now,  Mary and Gary can’t promote MHAHA at  the Renaissance Fair, the dates were changed  and it conflicts with the MN State Fair.  

2010 Schooling Shows –   

Spring Schooling Show - Tami did a good job with recording.  Suggestions with the entry form to designate half arab or purebred and to have the entry form with the show bill on the website.  This will allow the exhibitor to print off  and fill out before they get to the  show.  

New Business –  Lakes Wear Embroidery donated 10% of sales incurred at the spring schooling show to the club.

Next Meeting – May 19  at Mansetti’s Forest Lake, 6:30 dinner Meeting at 7:00
