Secretary’s Report:  Linda Pasicznyk-   Approval of January minutes with correction regarding Reg 10 Trail Classes will not be held at Sahara Sands.

Treasurers Report:  Mary Munger –  Approval of treasurer’s report.  

Membership Report:  Ongoing renewal on line currently the club has 70 adults and 16 youth.

Presidents Report:    Chuck Rickart –  2011 calendar is up on the website www.mhaha.com . Major sweepstakes changes reported.  For complete details go to www.arabianhorses.org , top tab Activities/Prize money programs/Breeders Sweepstakes.

Committee Reports:

Newsletter – Laura Nielson –  The newsletter will be out early March with updated 2011 calendar, High Point results and the Spring Schooling Show Bill.

DressageBarb Knoth – No report

High PointLeann Peuse – Attendance this year was 43.  Suggestion to have MHAHA membership forms and High Point Guidelines to stimulate new entrants at schooling shows.

Royalty – Tami Bagley – Announced the Royalty for those who couldn’t attend the banquet, Queen Michelle Wiberg, Princess Ayla Spry, Jr. Princess Jessa Spry, Buckaroo Cade Rutz.  Congratulations! 

Shows and Rides: Arabians Unplugged – Tami Bagley

Discussion on two new categories for Arabians Unplugged High Point.   Tami Bagley requested a minimal donation from MHAHA to help defray the cost of the program.  Accepted.

GAGT –  Chuck Rickart – Judge will be Ann Hiller. Discussion on finalizing class list and to leave the 12 TBA classes.  A charge of 25.00 is applied.

Motion to offer 12 TBA’s at a cost of 25.00 per class- Bob Gordon,  Mary Florke/Chris Rickart 2nd . Motion Carried

Dog Days:  Barb Nnoth absent

2011 Schooling Shows  Spring Schooling Show – April 10 at Oasis, Lindstrom MN

The judge is Roy Johnson.   Jeff suggested a survey distributed to exhibitors asking what points their working towards, Tri State or Arabians Unplugged?  Possible scout troop for the food stand.  Add on entry form a check box for Tri State and Arabians Unplugged.  Mary and Gary Florke will again handle the trail course. 

Fall  Schooling Show – September 10, 2011 -Tami Bagley – Moving along nicely.

Promotions:  MN Horse Expo looking for volunteers for Saturday.

New Business:  Leann Puese is asking all members to recycle their GAGT trophies and ribbons back to the club.
